    The Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA), established on 13 July 2000, is an autonomous and independent Federation of Employers and Business Associations recognized and registered with the Ministry of Social Affairs, Labor, Vocational Training and Youth Rehabilitations of Cambodia. Having been established due to the increasing need for the private sector to stand together with a unified voice, CAMFEBA has become the single federation representing, promoting and safeguarding the rights and interests of employers in Cambodia. CAMFEBA provides a forum for consultation and discussion among members on matters of common interest, and seeks for the adoption of sound principles and practices of human resource and industrial relations through information, legal advice, research, training and other activities.

    in 2007, CAMFEBA established Training and Development services to offer members with consultation and training on variety of soft skills and some technical skills for their selection and need to assist members in strengthening their competitive edge through skills development and training for their employees, with our sustainable mission and experience over these 10+ years in the market, we conducted 650+ consultancy and training programs and successfully trained 10,000+participants in cross sectors.

About the Program: Understanding the differences of Fixed Duration Contract (FDC) and Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC), Terminations of both contracts, and calculating the final payments for employees correctly under Cambodian Labor Law are still questions for many enterprises. CAMFEBA designed this intensive training course in order to guide employers on employment contract terminations by focusing on the FDC and UDC as well as calculation methods for the final payments of both contract defined in the Cambodian Labor Law.
